While our products are designed to meet or exceed safety standards, adult supervision and multiple safety measures are always recommended around any body of water. The customer is responsible for maintaining the integrity and condition of the installed fencing. All installation work is performed to the best of our professional ability, and All Babies Are Safe Inc. is not liable for misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications to the product after installation.
Terms & Conditions - The Basics
By using this website or hiring All Babies R Safe Inc. for services, you agree to the following:

Estimates & Quotes: All quotes provided are estimates based on site conditions and scope of work. Final pricing may vary with site-specific requirements.

Scheduling: Installation dates are subject to weather, material availability, and workload. We do our best to stay on schedule and communicate any changes.

Payments: Payment is due according to the terms stated in the project agreement or invoice. Deposits may be required before scheduling.

Warranties: Product warranties are specific to materials and installation terms outlined in your contract. Misuse or third-party alterations void warranty coverage.

Site Access: The customer agrees to provide safe, unobstructed access to the installation site on the agreed date(s).

Content Use: All media collected (photos/videos) during installations may be used for marketing unless the customer opts out in writing prior to project completion.
